Usage: You agree to use ParsePrep only for lawful educational purposes. Do not upload copyrighted material you do not have the right to use.
Accounts: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and all activities under your account.
Service Availability: We strive to keep ParsePrep up and running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
2. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Data Collection: We collect your email address, profile name, and uploaded study materials to provide you with AI-generated study guides. Authentication is securely handled by Clerk.
Uploaded Materials: The documents you upload are securely processed by AI to generate study materials. The original files are temporarily processed and are not stored permanently on our servers. The resulting text artifacts (guides, flashcards) are stored in your private library.
Data Sharing: We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with trusted third-party services strictly for the purpose of running the application.
3. Payments & Refunds
ParsePrep offers both a free Basic tier and premium Pro upgrades. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, but you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Annual passes are billed as a one-time charge and do not automatically renew. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain your Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.
